The Kankakee Public Library is a designated location to receive your license plate sticker, rather than going to the DMV. Through a partnership with the Electronic License Service, the Kankakee Public Library can now provide you with a sticker printed on-demand.

The process of renewing your license plate sticker is as simple as: bringing your renewal information (registration ID and pin, or VIN, along with license plate number and current expiration), paying the cost of the sticker plus a $5 processing fee, and leaving the library with your new sticker!
